Content ownership and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, Northwise research, reports, models, graphics, portfolio presentations, and written materials are owned by Northwise and licensed for the authorized user's personal, non-commercial use.
Limited quotations with clear attribution are permitted for commentary, discussion, or academic use. Substantial reproduction, redistribution, account sharing, public posting, resale, or sharing Premium reports, screenshots, PDFs, workbooks, or model files is not permitted without written authorization. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.
Premium memberships
Northwise Premium provides access to the Premium research library and the products described on the applicable registration or checkout page. Features and content may change over time. Subscription price, renewal period, and cancellation terms shown at checkout control the purchase.
Unless a checkout or written offer says otherwise, memberships are for one individual and do not include professional, organizational, institutional, redistribution, or customer-data rights.
Lifetime membership
A Northwise Lifetime membership provides the purchaser access to the core Northwise Premium offering for as long as that offering continues to operate, subject to these terms and any terms presented with the original purchase. Lifetime members receive the same core customer access as active Premium subscribers unless their original offer states otherwise.
Lifetime access does not automatically include later products, professional or institutional tiers, software tools, data services, courses, APIs, custom work, or other offerings introduced after the purchase. Northwise may treat early supporters more generously, but any additional inclusion is discretionary unless stated in writing.
Refunds, cancellation, and platform changes
Because Premium provides immediate access to digital research and downloadable materials, purchases are generally non-refundable. Northwise may consider a refund request individually, but approval is not guaranteed and substantial use or downloads may affect the decision. Lifetime purchases are ordinarily final.
Canceling a recurring subscription prevents a future renewal but ordinarily does not remove access already paid through the current period. Northwise may modify, replace, or discontinue features and content. Lifetime access ends if the core Premium platform ceases to operate.
Third-party links and affiliate relationships
Northwise may link to third-party sites and may occasionally use affiliate links. Northwise may receive compensation if a visitor purchases through an affiliate link, but that does not change the standards applied to our research. Third-party products, content, availability, security, and policies remain the responsibility of their operators.
Agreement and related policy
By using Northwise, creating an account, subscribing to research email, or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge these terms and disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service or content.
